Date paste is a natural sweetener derived from the date palm tree, Phoenix dactylifera. Our 100% organic date paste has a light-brown colour and a pasty texture. It is a natural, fruit-based replacement for conventional table sugar, and it contains fibre, protein, calcium, and iron, amongst other nutrients.
