Organic oat flakes are manufactured from grains of seeds of the Avena sativa plant, which is native to North America and Europe. They contain high levels of starch, fibre and protein. Oats are the only known crop to contain avenanthramides, a powerful group of antioxidants that can support immune functions. Our 100% organic oat flakes have a characteristically fresh and slightly nutty cereal flavour. They are beige to light brown in colour and firm to the bite.
