Organic cacao nibs are produced by drying and chopping or crushing cacao beans which grow on the Theobroma cacao tree. As such, they contain minimal levels of sugar compared to their chocolate counterparts. Our 100% organic cacao nibs are dark brown in colour and taste like cacao, containing good levels of fibre, protein, healthy fats, and minerals, including magnesium, copper, and manganese. They are prized for their high antioxidant content, particularly their polyphenols.
