This is scraped out from the fruit before being grated, strained, and dried to attain its final form as a flour. Our 100% organic coconut flour is a fine-textured, creamy-white flour, with a natural and fresh flavour and odour. Furthermore, it is a good source of protein, healthy fats and fibre. Our organic coconut flour is a popular ingredient in gluten-free and grain-free baked goods as well as other health foods because it is a lower glycemic index flour than conventional wheat flours.
