Full cream organic milk undergoes the process of spray drying, which evaporates the water, thereby allowing it to attain its final powder form. Skimmed organic milk, on the other hand, also undergoes the additional process of fat removal. The resulting milk solids in both types of milk powder are low in moisture, allowing for preservation. Hence, powdered organic milk not only has a longer shelf life than liquid milk but also does not need to be refrigerated, making it ideal for bulk orders and wholesale.
