Our 100% certified organic coconut chips are produced by drying the white coconut meat in temperatures below 45°C. They are generally white to light creamy white in colour with a characteristically aromatic coconut taste. Our delectable organic coconut chips are crispy and firm to the bite. They are a good source of dietary vibre and manganese.
Dried coconut makes for a delicious and healthy snack or ingredient. It has gained popularity in trail mixes and health foods in recent years, thanks to its rising availability. It is important to note that coconut meat does contain high levels of fat compared to the flesh of other fruits, albeit healthy fats.
