Pistachios are the seeds of the Pistacia vera tree. These are valued in the food industry for their high levels of antioxidants, phenolic compounds, and carotenoids. Our 100% organic roasted pistachio paste is produced is produced by harvesting, screening, sorting, roasting, grinding (or pasting) and refining pistachios. It is an exquisite ingredient for baked goods. It is characteristically green in colour, and it has a pasty, fluid texture and tastes like delectable roasted pistachios.
