Our 100% organic rice syrup is a viscous plant-based sweetener with a neutral scent made from organic brown rice flour, and has a diverse range of applications. For the production of rice syrup, cooked rice starch is steeped with the help of GMO-free enzymes. Once the starches have been broken down, the liquid is strained and reduced until it reaches its desired state.
